WHEN WILL MY NOVEL SHIP?

Please refer to the scrolling text on the home page to see if you order has shipped or is in queue to be shipped. We will be updating this weekly.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ASKING FOR AN UPDATE IF YOU HAVE NOT USE YOUR EYEBALLS TO LOOK THERE FIRST FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

Will I receive tracking information

Due to the unique age and scale of these preorders, fulfillment is being handled manually through batch exports of 5,000+/- orders at a time with our distributor. Who then sends tracking information back for us to update individually in Shopify. In some cases, orders may arrive before tracking is added to the order. 

How do I update my address?

If your address changes before your order ships, please contact us through our Contact form. Must be finalized by March 31, 2026.

Be sure to include your order number and your new address. Address updates must be made manually on our end and can only be completed prior to shipping.

DO NOT UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS VIA THE SHOP APP THIS IS NOT A VALID WAY TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS. IT LITERALLY DOES NOTHING IN OUR SYSTEM. GO TO THE CONTACT PAGE AND FILL OUT THE FORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is shipping so expensive?!?!

First things first: please don’t send us angry emails about shipping costs. Trust us—you won’t like our response, and frankly, we’re exhausted from repeating ourselves.

Here’s the deal: because of licensing restrictions, Olan had to self-publish this project. That means no big corporate backing, no global network of warehouses, and no secret handshake with shipping carriers for discounted rates. We’re just a small team shipping straight out of Madison, TN, USA.

The shipping rates you see at checkout? That’s exactly what we’re charged to generate the label to get your graphic novel from our hands to your doorstep. Nothing padded, nothing sneaky—just the reality of shipping in 2025.

So, deep breaths. We hate high shipping costs as much as you do. But we’d rather spend our energy finishing this epic novel than arguing about rates.

What if I did not update my address in time?

If you did not respond to the multiple email attempts on our end or missed the many updates shared over the past several months across social media and this website, then unfortunately the order may have shipped to the original address on file. Our best suggestion would be to reach out to the current residents at that address if possible.

If that is absolutely not an option, please contact us through the contact page. If the package is ultimately returned to us, we can then look into reshipping it to your updated address.

Please note being unkind to those working to help you will not yield a positive outcome. We will only be helping those who are respectful to our staff.

What if my package gets lost?

Due to delays in tracking information being uploaded to orders, please allow up to 10 business days for us to manually update your order after it is marked as shipped in our queue updates on the home page. Because of limitations within our system, these updates must be handled manually.

If your tracking shows as delivered but the package has not arrived, please first check your mailbox, surrounding areas, and with neighbors, then allow an additional 10 business days before contacting us through the contact page. Be sure to include your order number and shipping address in your message.

Why is this project structured as a preorder instead of crowdfunding?

Due to licensing restrictions, we were unable to launch this passion project through traditional crowdfunding platforms. Instead, we opened preorders, which function similarly to a crowdfunding campaign. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing an order, and those funds directly support the completion of the graphic novel.

Can I get an update on my order?

Please refer to the PROGRESS RERPOT or socials below for the most up to date news on this project before emailing us with questions about updates. This helps us reply faster to customer service issues rather than repeating information already posted!!!!

Will Seasons 1-3 be in the novel?

Yes, Olan has included recap chapters at the beginning of the graphic novel.


Will there be a digital copy?

Olan legally can not sell or distribute a digital copy due to a strict licensing agreement with the network.

Will the novel be available in multiple languages?

Unfortunately, without a publisher, we cannot offer the novel in multiple translations at this time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Installment payment plans are available to U.S. customers only through ShopPay, a third-party app. Approval for these plans is determined solely by ShopPay—we are not a lender and have zero control over whether you qualify.

That said, we strongly encourage customers to use these options responsibly. “Pay later” programs may seem convenient, but they can create extra strain for small businesses like ours. If you can, we recommend purchasing directly without installments—it helps us keep the project moving forward without delays or added fees

Will I receive email updates?

All updates will be posted on the Progress Report page and our social media accounts.

We will send one final notice for shipping address updates before the graphic novel ships. However, you will only receive this email if you are subscribed to our email list.

Can I add an item to my existing order?

Short answer is no. We are no longer adding items to existing orders. If you wish to purchase an additional novel, edition, or merchandise you must place a new order.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Preorder & Refund Policy

This product is offered as a preorder and is structured similarly to supporting a crowdfunding or Kickstarter-style campaign. Due to licensing restrictions with the network, we were unable to use a traditional crowdfunding platform. As a result, preorder funds are used directly to support the development and production of this project.

Because of this structure, refunds are limited. As with most crowdfunding campaigns, delays may occur, and preorders are not guaranteed to be refundable solely due to extended timelines.

That said, we understand that circumstances can change. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to fulfillment, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If the original card or account is no longer active, we are unable to process a refund.
  • We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or accounts.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that your purchase directly supports the completion of this project. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support as we work toward delivering the final product.

RETURNS\EXCHANGES - AFTER THE GRAPHIC NOVEL HAS SHIPPED

After an order has shipped all sales are final.  No returns or exchanges.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I get a refund if the currency exchange rate changes after I order?

No refunds or additional charges will be issued due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates

Damage Policy

Please contact us with images of any damage. Refunds will not be issued for minor transit damage (such as small scratches, creases, or slightly dented corners).

Refunds are only considered if the item cannot perform its intended purpose—for example, if the novel is unreadable due to significant damage.


We kindly ask that communication remain respectful. Being unkind will not change this policy.

Exchange & Returns Policy - Apparel ONLY

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. To start a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping labels are provided only for domestic exchanges.
