If you are still waiting on tracking information that is because one of two things is happening.  

1. We are still waiting for tracking information from our distributor. They are in their busy season right now and things have been going much much slower than the initial push that resulted in around 30,000 orders going out in about two months time. 

2. Your order is shipping from our Nashville, TN facilities which is significantly smaller operation and we are working through the orders as quickly as we can. This typically includes Midnight Editions, Battle Worn Editions, Apparel, and all novel orders placed after 6/22/2026. 

We know how long many of you have waited, and we understand how difficult it is to wait without a tracking information.   Our team is working through three years’ worth of orders in a matter of months, and we are doing everything we can to get your books to you. Truly we are quite literally sacrificing out health, sanity, and financial stability to get this done.  

For now, we please ask that you only  submit an inquiry via contact form about if you HAVE received a tracking number and need help with that shipment. 

If you have NOT received tracking yet, we do not have an individual update to provide.  This paragraph is the update. 

Limiting these requests helps our team respond to customers whose shipments need immediate attention while we continue working through the remaining orders.

FAQs have been update as well to reflect current status of things so please check there as well before submitting and inquiry.

Currently it takes us around 30 business days to respond with us answered emails daily/all day.  So please do not send multiple inquiries. 

We ask that you please communicate respectfully. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of active orders, refusal of future service, and a permanent ban from purchasing. Being disrespectful will not change our policies or speed up shipping.
