*** Due to the unique age and scale of these preorders, fulfillment is being handled manually through batch exports of 5,000+/- orders at a time with our distributor. Who then sends tracking information back for us to update individually in Shopify. In some cases, orders may arrive before tracking is added to the order.  ****

It takes us around 10 business days to respond so please do not send multiple inquiries if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks. Please communicate respectfully. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of active orders, refusal of future service, and a permanent ban from purchasing. Being disrespectful will not change our policies or speed up production and shipping.
